Horrible service. Many days never arrive. Called and they just picked up and then just hung up. The people just plain rude when they speak and not helpful at all. When called again no people pick up the call. DO they even deserve any STAR??????

Items posted 21.4.2020 from junkie ... for sale at DHL alor star 22.4.2020 ... but until now 29.4.2020 items are no longer home ... DHL saves them ... .that's the thing he sent home ... what a waste ...

Parcel stuck at Alor Setar branch more than 3 days. Nationwide called me and ask the address details, and ask me if i have plan to go somewhere, i thought they will deliver the parcel on the day. Useless wait. Waste of my time!

WORST courier service, firstly i thought to gave a try since its new and with the good reputation of KTM. End up it took almost a week and still received NOTHING. At first promised to reach my parcel within 2 days, its food product, and i guess it has gone bad and spoiled due to poor handling. It cost RM 500, who going to responsible?
